The hotel has a modern feel and the staff, from the janitor to the front desk clerk, are super friendly. The location is great, right next to a nice pool and a restaurant, making it perfect for a business trip in Poplar Bluff.

The location is unbeatable for exploring Poplar Bluff. We stay in a double room quite often, it is huge and updated.

The rooms here are renovated and have everything you need, and the view is nice, plus it's in a great spot for a social club event.

The hotel was wonderful and fairly clean with outstandingly accommodating and super-friendly staff from janitor to front desk clerk. The rooms were functional and reasonably large, had a roll-in shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets.

The room was spacious and well-equipped with a clean bathroom and various amenities like a dining area and work desk. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, with feather and hypo-allergenic pillows provided. Enjoyed the free breakfast and convenient location near the restaurant, fitness center, and Poplar Bluff.

The place was pretty clean, I booked a suite overlooking the street, everything was just right, and all the staff was friendly.

I would definitely return to this hotel since I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Moreover, its location, just 1 mile from Palace of Praise Church, was really convenient and ideal.

Our stay at Holiday Inn was a great value for money! The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was convenient and the staff treated us like family - shoutout to Miss Linda and Miss Wilma for going above and beyond to make our stay fabulous!

Breakfast delights, it would have been even better if there were more options to choose from.

Noise. The ballroom was noisey and we were on the 3rd floor. It was terribly noisey on Sunday morning with the pounding of a drum. It started at 8:00. I couldnt wait to get out of there. Also there was no remote for the large tv in the room. We told the front desk. They didn't have one.

Sadly, we discovered ants in the bathroom and on arriving at our room the handy man exclaimed that this was the only room that had that problem. You don't have to be Hercule Poirot to work out that they should not be letting that room (316) until the problem is solved!

The facilities were spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The quiet heater made it easy to get a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and spoke English fluently, always greeting us warmly in the lobby and hallway.

Felt super comfortable, nothing to complain about.

Upon our arrival, the room we booked for people with disabilities, complete with an iron and a sofa bed, was all set up and good to go! 🛏️

The staff was friendly. With the exception of the lottery ticket the room was clean. There were extra towels which was nice. The inclusion of a free hot breakfast in the hotel restaurant was a wonderful surprise.

Housekeeping left 3 used lottery tickets in the room. It wouldn't have so bad if they were winners but sadly they were losers. There was also no microwave.

The location of this hotel is great for those attending a social club event. There is an on-site restaurant that is highly recommended, especially for dinner. The Italian restaurant on-site received positive reviews and offers delicious meals. The room and bathroom were clean and nicely sized, providing a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. Guests also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast coupon and the option to purchase breakfast for $6.99.

Some guests had issues with the pool and spa facilities, mentioning that the pool was cloudy and the hot tub was broken.
